Practicing attorney
in the state of Hawaii

Kimberly Pafundi is a practicing attorney in the state of Hawaii, with law licenses in Hawaii, New York and Washington. She is a second-generation attorney, following the footsteps of her father, Richard Pafundi, who practiced law in Hawaii for 35 years. Her legal passion originates from witnessing her father represent those who lost their loved ones, livelihoods, and hope after falling victim to unfortunate events. Kimberly strives to continue the path of practicing law with the same compassion her father showed to each of his clients, while using legal knowledge, skills, and creativity to obtain the best outcome for each client.

Prior to running her law office in Hawaii, Kimberly studied law in New York City. She achieved her degree from New York Law School with the distinction of Dean’s List. During her studies, she obtained an array of legal experience including providing legal services to the New York Supreme Court as judicial extern and licensed court evaluator, New York Department of Buildings, and Broadway Stages, Ltd. doing contracts for Netflix, Marvel, ABC Studios, and CBS to name a few.

Despite her love for the fast-paced legal industry of New York, Kimberly is committed to serving her community here in Hawaii first and foremost. It is her priority to give back to the local community and protect those who have been injured.

Kimberly works tirelessly for her clients and has recovered millions of dollars of compensation from cases involving serious bodily injuries and death.
